About the Garden

Cultivate London has been training young people in horticulture since 2010. In addition to this, we are now offering school sessions, workshops, and events in our community and training resource, The Salopian Garden, as well as hiring it out as a venue. The National Trust has leased this lovely space to Cultivate London and during 2016 it was transformed to include:

Fruit Trees - Herb Garden - Vegetable Beds - Flower Garden - Raised Beds

Bee Hives - Green Roof - Polytunnel Classroom - Wood Fired Cob Oven

Accessibility

We have 4 raised beds suitable for disabled gardening, and our main paths and polytunnel are all wheelchair accessible. Our toilet is disabled friendly – ramps, handrails – but not large enough for wheelchair access.
