A beautiful evening by candlelight at the Salopian Garden! Dedicated to celebrating the first British asparagus of the year, and to learning about some interesting, paired white wines.
You will taste 4 different dry white wines, all suitable to pair with freshly prepared asparagus dishes, and will learn some interesting stories about each wine. A great opportunity to learn how to identify classic styles of dry white wines, assess quality and pair wine with asparagus dishes.

- Introduction to wine tasting: learn about wine regions and wine characteristics, and have the basic wine pallet
- Some delicious home-made nibbles (Grissini, Asparagus with poached egg, rhubarb dessert)
