Join us at the Salopian Garden for a Bread Baking Masterclass with the one and only Sara Ward, of Hen Corner.
Running a successful micro-bakery from her urban smallholding in Brentford, Sara certainly has a way with dough. A huge supporter of Cultivate London, we are delighted to welcome her to provide a workshop, specially crafted to make the most of our on-site Cob Oven.
Over the course of the evening, participants will have the opportunity to make 3 different breads from scratch: Organic White Stone Baked, Dark Seeded Rye & Wholemeal Soda Bread.
The workshop will involve the entire bread-making process, from start to finish, and include nibbles and drinks to keep you going! There will also be time to wander around the garden, enjoying the sights, smells and tastes of our community growing space.
Whether you’re a Crust Connoisseur or a Kneading (K)Newbie, this is the opportunity for you to hone your craft or to learn a new skill!
