Grower – Plant Nursery
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing CL’s plant nursery. This will include developing business-oriented growing plans, and managing the propagation and care of all plant stock to be sold. He/she will be expected to make commercial decisions about crops: Deciding what actions should be taken to a specific crop, when, and determining when plants are saleable.
